Complete equipment At present, we have two major production bases in Sichuan and Hubei, as well as the most advanced large-scale dual chamber and single chamber casting production lines in China; In Sichuan, there is a long-term stable direct supply of electrolytic aluminum water, which can be directly melted into various grades of aluminum alloy rods and large ingots. The company has a total of 35 various extrusion machines in two extrusion workshops in Hubei and Sichuan; We have various surface treatment production lines such as vertical spraying, anodizing, and ceramic electrophoresis. Annual production of 150000 tons of aluminum rods, alloy ingots, large plate ingots, and 70000 tons of aluminum profiles. The company has a 50000 square meter finished product production plant, which can produce various home decoration aluminum application products such as finished system doors and windows, extremely narrow sliding doors, and large outdoor aluminum products.

Our company has a complete and mature production team, with 15 years of rich experience in the recycling and application of non-ferrous metal renewable resources. We have a complete technical closed-loop system for recycling, dismantling, sorting, smelting, proportioning, casting, extrusion and reuse. Every year, the comprehensive recycling and reuse of waste aluminum reach over 100000 tons. We have successively obtained honorary titles such as National Green Factory, National Specialized and Special New "Little Giant" Enterprise, National High tech Enterprise, Hubei Specialized and Special New "Little Giant" Enterprise, and Hubei Green Factory. We also have rich experience in importing scrap aluminum (currently in Japan, the United States, Canada, and Thailand), with an annual scrap aluminum import volume of up to 30000 tons.
